Refund and Returns Policy

1. Introduction

Welcome to The Hun Buns LLC (“The Hun Buns,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By purchasing our products, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

All artwork, designs, and products sold on our website are the exclusive property of The Hun Buns LLC. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, resale, or modification is strictly prohibited.

3. License of Use

  • Personal Use: All purchases are for personal use only unless stated otherwise.
  • Commercial Use: If you purchase a 3D Asset Commercial Use License, you may use our 3D assets in accordance with the terms outlined in that license.

4. Refund and Return Policy

Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days for physical products. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.
For digital products (such as downloadable artwork, 3D assets, etc.), all sales are final and non-refundable unless there is a technical issue on our end preventing access to your files.

Returns (Physical Products Only)

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

Non-returnable items include:

  • Digital products (downloadable artwork, 3D assets, etc.)
  • Gift cards
  • Sale or discounted items
  • Intimate or sanitary goods
  • Perishable items (if applicable)

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back without contacting us first.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of your refund status. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within a certain number of days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account.
  2. Contact your credit card company (it may take time for the refund to be officially posted).
  3. If you’ve done both and still haven’t received your refund, contact us at TheHunBuns@Outlook.com.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, contact us at TheHunBuns@Outlook.com before shipping your item back.

Gifts

  • If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for your return.
  • If the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, we will issue a refund to them instead.

Shipping Returns

You are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable.

For expensive items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.


5. Limitation of Liability

The Hun Buns LLC is not responsible for:

  • Any damage, loss, or misuse of purchased products.
  • Third-party service failures, including shipping delays.
